We have a mission to be the world’s most trusted personal portable health information system. To do so, we want consumers to own, carry, view, and allow Physicians to update their health history on the POLLYE Health Card when needed. The POLLYE Health Card is a credit card sized portable personal health information system that provides all treating Physicians and Emergency Personnel instant access to the person’s accurate, up to date, concise, and relevant health data at all points of care, anywhere in the world.

POLLYE Health Card will reduce the personal risks and tremendous added financial burden consumers endure from having to repeat medical tests and procedures due to absent, incomplete, or erroneous records.

IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

As friends through our kids’ school, frustrated with the fragmentation of medical records, and wanting a safer “one patient, one record solution” for our children and elderly parents, we got together to create the POLLYE Health Card.
